Accessing data via your website
As a company who build, maintain and manage websites for our clients, we access our clients, customer data on regular basis. So that we can carry out any website design or digital marketing project it may be necessary for us to access the back-end of your website where your data is stored. It’s up to you how involved you would like us to be in accessing your customer(s) data.
We will only ever access the personal data stored on the back-end of your website if we are carrying out a necessary project and that you have given us your permission. We give you our full assurance that we will never use the data stored on your website, share it with third parties or allow access to anyone outside of JDG Creative.
Alter the way we use your data
If you have previously given your consent for us to store or use your data in a certain way, you have the right to amend this. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will adjust the way we use your data accordingly.
In case of a data breach
In the very unlikely event of a data or security breach involving your personal data, we will inform you within the GDPR guideline of 24 hours. If this ever did happen, we’d hope to let you know much sooner.
